The ways we can help

Children and young people (aged 5 – 26) are supported by a full range of integrated services to ensure the best outcomes. By providing this wrap-around support, with each service collaborating on the best approaches for each young person, we provide a consistent and structured environment.

Our practice is becoming increasingly trauma-informed and includes; education, residential care, psychological and therapeutic support, intensive foster care, secure care, employability, outreach services and community housing.

To help young people move forward, if and when they are ready, supported transitions ensure changes are carefully planned. We put the supports in place to help them move through a period of change.
